These terms govern your use of SellerShorts and the rights and responsibilities of all users in our AI marketplace.
By accessing and using SellerShorts ("the platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SellerShorts Inc., a Delaware corporation with principal operations in Dover, Delaware, United States.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to U.S. government embargo or that has been designated as a "terrorist supporting" country by the U.S. government.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Sellers may use third-party tools, platforms, and services (including but not limited to automation platforms, AI services, cloud services, and integration tools) to build and operate their AI Tools. SellerShorts does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party tools used by sellers. Sellers are solely responsible for:
SellerShorts is not responsible for any issues, liabilities, or disputes arising from a seller's use of third-party tools. Any disputes regarding third-party tool licensing or usage are solely between the seller and the applicable third-party tool provider.
All AI Tools undergo a comprehensive review process before publication. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any submission that doesn't meet our quality standards, violates these terms, or poses security risks. The review process may include testing, security analysis, and compliance verification.
As a buyer, you:
AI Tools may generate content that is not accurate, appropriate, or suitable for all purposes. Users are responsible for reviewing, validating, and ensuring the appropriateness of all AI-generated outputs before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
We provide AI Tools through third-party AI service providers ("AI Service Providers") operated by our sellers. You acknowledge that your inputs, including Customer Data, will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of AI Tools and to generate your requested outputs. Sellers may use external AI services (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI providers) that may use your data for training purposes or other business purposes consistent with their own terms and policies.
Sellers may use various third-party automation platforms, tools, and services (such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or other workflow automation tools) to build and operate their AI Tools. These tools operate behind the scenes and are not directly accessible to buyers. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their use of such tools complies with the respective tool's terms of service and licensing requirements.
You may not use AI Tools in a manner that violates any terms or policy of any AI Service Provider. We do not guarantee the availability of AI Tools in any or all geographical areas and may make changes to AI Tools that materially reduce functionality at any time in our sole discretion.
You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may not be accurate or reliable and that you should independently review all outputs before using or sharing them. AI outputs are not treated as confidential information and may not be unique across users. You retain all rights to use and exploit AI-generated outputs for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We reserve the right to change payment methods or processors at any time.
Prices are displayed in USD, CAD (for Canada), or INR (for India) based on your location. For all other regions, prices are shown in USD. Base prices are set by sellers in U.S. dollars. All amounts are subject to applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed. Platform fees may apply to certain transactions.
Sellers receive 70% of the net purchase price for their AI Tools. Payments are processed regularly via Stripe Connect, subject to our payout policies, minimum thresholds, and applicable tax requirements. Sellers are responsible for their own tax obligations.
Some AI Tools may be available through monthly subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds may be provided at our discretion for AI Tools that fail to perform as described or have significant technical issues. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Disputes between sellers and buyers will be resolved through our dispute resolution process.
Refund requests may be submitted by contacting our support team at deepak@sellershorts.com with your order number and reason for the request. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be approved or denied at our sole discretion. Approved refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.
SellerShorts and its original content, features, functionality, and technology are owned by SellerShorts Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our written consent.
You retain ownership of your AI Tools and user-generated content. By submitting content to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Buyers receive appropriate rights to use outputs generated by AI Tools for their business purposes, subject to any limitations specified by the creator. The specific rights granted depend on the AI Tool's licensing terms and may include commercial use, modification, and distribution rights.
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us with the required information for a DMCA takedown notice.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the alleged infringer. If you receive a DMCA notice and believe it was sent in error, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact information and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
AI technology is evolving and may produce unexpected or inappropriate results. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated outputs. We disclaim any liability for AI-generated content that may be inaccurate, offensive, or harmful.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SellerShorts Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of our services or AI Tools.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SellerShorts Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably through our customer support system at deepak@sellershorts.com. For disputes between sellers and buyers, we provide support through our revision system and direct communication channels. Most issues can be resolved through our revision process, which allows buyers to request one revision per order within 7 days of delivery.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, conducted in Dover, Delaware, United States. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these terms, violate applicable laws, or engage in harmful activities. We may also terminate services with reasonable notice for business reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, but some information may be retained for legal or business purposes.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via platform notification at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our services.
If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms for specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and SellerShorts Inc. regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
