The Analytics dashboard gives you comprehensive visibility into how your AI Shorts are performing financially and operationally. Track revenue, understand usage patterns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Accessing analytics
- Dashboard navigation – Click "Analytics" in the seller sidebar
- Direct URL – Navigate to /seller/analytics
- Quick access – Links from Order Attention and other seller pages
Filter controls
Customize your analytics view with flexible filtering options:
Date range filters
- From date – Set start date for data analysis
- To date – Set end date for data analysis
- Custom ranges – Any date range up to your account creation date
AI Short search
- Search by name – Find specific AI Shorts in your data
- Real-time filtering – Results update as you type
- Partial matches – Finds AI Shorts with similar names
- Clear filters – Reset to show all AI Shorts
Summary cards
The top section displays key performance metrics:
Financial overview
- Gross Revenue – Total sales before fees (buyer payments)
- Platform Fees – Commission applied by the platform
- Net to You – Your earnings after fees
- Available Balance – Earnings ready for payout
Status breakdown
- Available – Earnings cleared and ready for payout
- In Hold – Recent earnings in hold period
- Paid Out – Earnings already transferred to your bank
- Refunded – Sales that were refunded to buyers

- Short Name – AI Short title (clickable link to public page)
- Runs – Total number of times the AI Short was purchased/run
- Gross – Total revenue generated (before fees)
- Platform Share – Platform fees
- Net – Your earnings after fees
- Last Run – Date of most recent purchase

- Sort by any column – Click headers to sort ascending/descending
