The final step lets you review your complete AI Short configuration and choose between saving as a draft or submitting for admin review. This is your chance to double-check everything before going live.
Overview
The Review & Submit step displays two key sections: a public listing preview (what buyers will see) and a technical configuration summary (for your reference and admin review).
Public listing preview
This shows exactly how your AI Short will appear to buyers in the marketplace:
Header section
- Cover image – Your uploaded cover image at full display size
- AI Short name – The title buyers will see
- Short pitch – Brief description under the title
- Price – Your set price with earnings preview (after fees)
- Platform and category tags – Badges showing target platform and category
Description section
- Full description – Complete explanation from the Output step
- Use cases – Bulleted list of scenarios where your AI Short helps
- Processing time – ETA bucket displayed to buyers
- Output type – What format buyers will receive (text, CSV, etc.)
Inputs section
- Input form preview – The exact form buyers will fill out
- Field labels and types – All input fields with proper validation
- Required indicators – Clear marking of required vs optional fields
- Helper text – Any guidance or example text you added
Technical configuration summary
This section shows the behind-the-scenes setup for admin review and your reference:
Integration details
- Webhook URL – Your automation endpoint (partially obscured for security)
- HTTP method – Always POST for AI Shorts
- Authentication headers – Number of headers configured (values hidden)
- Processing mode – Always async for AI Shorts
Callback configuration
- Callback URL – Our endpoint where you send results
- Callback secret – Status (configured/not configured)
- Polling endpoint – Optional polling URL if configured
Input/output configuration
- Input count – Number of input fields defined
- Input types – Summary of field types used
- Output type – Expected result format
- ETA bucket – Processing time estimate

Save Draft
- When to use – You want to continue working on your AI Short later
- What happens – AI Short is saved but not submitted for review
- Availability – Appears in your "Drafts" section for editing
- Portfolio access – You can now add portfolio images
Submit for Review
- When to use – Your AI Short is complete and ready for admin approval
- What happens – AI Short enters the admin review queue
- Status change – Moves to "Pending Approval" section
- Timeline – Typically reviewed within 24 hours

- Proper output format – Results deliver in the expected format
Input configuration
- Minimal inputs – Only asking for necessary information
- Clear labels – Input field names are buyer-friendly
- Good examples – Placeholder text helps buyers understand what to enter
- Proper validation – Required fields and formats are set correctly
What happens after submission
Admin review process
- Initial review – Admin checks content quality and compliance
- Technical testing – Admin runs test orders to verify functionality
- Quality assessment – Output quality and value are evaluated
- Decision – Approved, requires changes, or rejected
Possible outcomes
- Approved – AI Short goes live in the marketplace immediately
- Changes Required – Feedback provided, you can edit and resubmit
