While you primarily sell AI Tools, you may occasionally purchase other sellers' AI Tools. This section helps you access those purchase records.
Overview Every purchase on SellerShorts generates an invoice with complete transaction details.
These invoices serve as official receipts for accounting, expense tracking, and tax purposes.
Where to find invoices Access your invoices through the main dashboard navigation:
Dashboard menu – Click "Invoices" in the sidebarDirect link – Navigate to /invoices from any pageOrder confirmations – Links included in purchase confirmation emailsInvoice list The invoices page displays a table with all your purchase invoices:
Table columns Invoice # – Unique invoice identifier (e.g., INV-001234)Date – When the purchase was madeTotal – Full purchase amount including taxesStatus – Current payment status with color-coded chipsDownload – PDF download button (when available)Invoice statuses Paid – Payment processed successfullyPending – Payment in progressVoid – Invoice cancelled before paymentInvoice details Each invoice contains comprehensive purchase information:
Header information Invoice number – Unique identifier for referenceIssue date – When invoice was generatedDue date – Payment deadline (usually immediate)Payment terms – Payment conditions and methodsBilling details Bill to – Your account informationEmail address – Account email for correspondencePayment method – Credit card or payment method usedTransaction ID – Stripe transaction referencePurchase items AI Tool name – What you purchasedSeller name – Who created the AI ToolPurchase date – When you bought the AI ToolUnit price – Cost per purchase (one transaction)Quantity – Always 1 (represents one purchase transaction)Note: The number of runs included per purchase is configured by the seller and is not shown on the invoice.
