Dashboard

The seller dashboard is your command center for managing AI Tools, tracking orders, and monitoring your earnings. This guide explains each section and key actions you'll use regularly.

Overview

Your dashboard provides access to all seller features through a clean sidebar navigation. The main content area adapts based on what you're viewing – from marketplace browsing to detailed order management.

What you'll see

Main navigation

• Home – Central hub with marketplace browsing and your AI Tools sections
• View Seller Profile – Quick access to your public seller profile (appears after setup)
• Customer Orders – List of all orders buyers have placed for your AI Tools
• Order Attention – Priority filter for urgent orders (accessed via dashboard sections)
• Invoices – Download receipts and invoices for your purchases
• AI Tool Suggestions – Community requests for new AI Tools to publish

AI Tool management

• Submit AI Tool – Choose between Individual Wizard or Bulk Upload options
• Your Drafts – Incomplete AI Tools you're still working on (can be deleted if needed)
• Pending Approval – Submitted AI Tools waiting for admin review
• Your Live Tools – Approved AI Tools actively selling in the marketplace
• Changes Required – Rejected AI Tools with feedback for improvement

Analytics and earnings

• Analytics – Revenue reports and performance data for your AI Tools
• Payouts – Stripe integration for receiving earnings

Key actions

Publishing AI Tools

1. Click Submit AI Tool to choose your submission method
2. Individual Wizard: Complete all 7 steps (Basics → Inputs → Output → Connect → Test → Portfolio → Review)
3. Bulk Upload: Download template, fill basic fields, upload to generate multiple drafts
4. Save drafts anytime and return later via Your Drafts
5. Submit for review when ready

Managing drafts

1. View all incomplete AI Tools in Your Drafts
2. Click any draft to continue editing
3. Use the Delete button to remove drafts you no longer need
4. Confirm deletion when prompted – this action cannot be undone

Managing orders

1. Check Order Attention for urgent tasks
2. Visit Customer Orders for the complete list
3. Click any order to view details, inputs, and results
4. Handle revision requests through the order detail page

Tracking performance

1. Use Analytics to see revenue, runs, and fees by AI Tool
2. Filter by date range to analyze trends
3. Monitor which AI Tools perform best
4. Use data to plan future AI Tool listings

Managing live AI Tools

1. Go to Your Live Tools to see all active AI Tool listings
2. Use the status menu to pause/resume sales
3. Click AI Tool names to view public listing pages
4. Edit drafts from Changes Required if admin feedback requires updates

Status indicators

Throughout the dashboard, you'll see status badges that indicate different states:

• Draft – Incomplete, still being set up
• Pending – Submitted and awaiting admin review
• Live – Approved and available for purchase
• Paused – Live but temporarily hidden from buyers
• Changes Required – Needs updates before resubmission

Tips

• Check Order Attention daily – Don't miss time-sensitive revision requests
• Use filters in Analytics – Focus on specific time periods to understand performance
• Save drafts frequently – Complex AI Tools take time to set up properly

Troubleshooting

Can't find an AI Tool?

• Check all tabs – Drafts, Pending, Live, Changes Required
• Rejected AI Tools appear under Changes Required
• Search the main marketplace to see if it's live

Missing orders?

• Orders appear immediately when buyers make purchases
• Check both Customer Orders and Order Attention
• Test orders (from the submission wizard) don't appear in regular order lists

Analytics not updating?

• Data refreshes every few minutes
• Use the date filter to include recent activity
• Test orders don't count toward analytics
